1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this terms and conditions document, the following expressions and words carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the rezeki99 website accessible at rezeki99.one and all related subdomains or applications.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers an account or uses the services provided by rezeki99.
• "Account" refers to a user account officially registered on the rezeki99 platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total amount of funds available in a player's account at any given time, including cash and eligible bonus credits.
• "Bonus" refers to any additional credits, cashback, or incentives granted by rezeki99 to players subject to specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" or wagering requirement refers to the minimum total wager that must be met before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• "RM" or "MYR" refers to the Malaysian Ringgit as the platform's official transaction currency.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the rezeki99 platform, players must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Not be a citizen or permanent resident of a jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling.
• Not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory gambling ban imposed by any relevant authority.
• Register only one (1) account. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different information is prohibited.

When registering, players are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. rezeki99 reserves the right to request players to submit identity verification documents such as MyKad or passport at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in temporary account suspension or permanent account closure.

rezeki99 reserves the right to reject registration applications or close any account without providing reasons if there are signs of fraud, false information, or violation of the conditions stated here.

3. Account Security

Players are fully responsible for keeping their login information confidential, including username and password. The following security guidelines must be observed:

• Do not share your password with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong password containing a combination of letters, numbers and special characters.
• Log out of the platform when not using it, especially on shared devices.
• Notify the rezeki99 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

rezeki99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a player's own negligence in safeguarding their login information. Players must immediately change their password and contact customer support if their login information is compromised.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the rezeki99 platform are subject to the following policies and limits:

• The minimum deposit is RM50 per payment method.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction.
• Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.
• Withdrawals are normally processed within 1 hour after the request is approved.

Each withdrawal may be subject to standard security checks before approval. rezeki99 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents such as bank statements or identity documents to ensure transaction security. Funds deposited into the platform may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to anti-money laundering policy.

Players are responsible for ensuring all payment account information provided is accurate. rezeki99 is not liable for any delays or failed withdrawals caused by inaccurate information.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

rezeki99 offers various bonuses and promotions to players. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions stated at the time the bonus is issued. General bonus conditions are as follows:

• The welcome bonus is a 200% first deposit bonus up to RM300. For example, a deposit of RM100 will give a bonus of RM200 bringing the account balance to RM300.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x the bonus value. Example: a bonus of RM200 requires wagering of RM4,000 before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be used for wagering within the platform. Bonuses cannot be transferred or converted directly into cash.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed by each new player.
• Bonuses will expire once the stated validity period ends if the wagering requirement has not been met.

The rezeki99 VIP loyalty program divides players into three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold — with weekly cashback rates of up to 0.3%, 0.7% and 1.0% respectively. rezeki99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any misuse of the bonus system, including the use of multiple accounts or betting strategies designed to exploit bonuses, will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure.

6. Prohibited Activities

Players are strictly prohibited from carrying out the following activities on the rezeki99 platform:

• Registering more than one account using the same or different identities.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Taking any action intended to cheat the system, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit technical vulnerabilities.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Transferring funds between different player accounts without official authorisation from rezeki99.
• Using a payment method belonging to another person without valid authorisation.
• Filing chargebacks or unsubstantiated payment dispute claims against legitimate deposits.

Players suspected of carrying out any of the above activities may have their account suspended while an investigation is conducted. If confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any balance including cash and bonuses will be forfeited.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

rezeki99 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account in the following situations:

• Breach of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Inaccurate, false or misleading registration information.
• Instructions from legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• A self-exclusion request from the player on responsible gambling grounds.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Prior to account closure, all pending wagering requirements will be cancelled and any valid cash balance will be returned once identity verification is complete.

8. Limitation of Liability

The rezeki99 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. rezeki99 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of a player's betting decisions.
• Technical disruptions, system failures, or internet connection issues that occur outside rezeki99's control.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Unauthorised access to an account caused by a player's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

rezeki99 takes reasonable steps to ensure the platform remains continuously available, but cannot guarantee that the platform will always be free from disruption. Players agree that use of the platform is at their own risk.

9. Responsible Gambling

rezeki99 is committed to responsible gambling practices. We provide several tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: Players can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to control their spending.
• Loss limits: Players can set a maximum loss limit for a given period of time.
• Self-exclusion: Players can apply for a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform.
• Playing break: An option to pause the account for a set period without permanently closing it.

11. Applicable Law

The rezeki99 platform operates under an international licence. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which that licence was issued.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms and conditions shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute will be referred to a recognised arbitration body under the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of this document will continue in full force and effect.
